In Greene County magistrate court judgments were entered Feb. 1 in two cases against Butch Dean Gayle Thede of Churdan. He was found guilty at a bench trial Dec. 19 of harassment- third degree in one case, and disorderly conduct- loud raucous noise in the other case. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge in each case. He was sentenced to one day in jail on each case, with the sentences concurrent. The charges were suspended pending Thede successfully completing one year of informal probation to the Greene County sheriff. Court costs were r4114.25 in the harassment case, and $170.13 in the disorderly conduct case.
